Friends, hello!

Today I want to show you 3 simple ideas for recycling baby food jars. We made them several years ago, but at the request of some readers of my channel, I decided to write this article.

For work, we used:

· Jars of baby food;

Cold porcelain or polymer clay (homemade clay here);

· Acrylic paints, acrylic varnish;

· Any color scheme;

· Foamiran;

· Openwork braid;

· PVA glue, hot glue;

· Decoupage napkin;

· Office paper 1 sheet;

· Scotch tape;

· Brushes, sponge;

· Jute twine;

· Cardboard;

· Foam rubber;

· Any fabric;

· Threads with needles;

· Self-adhesive beads.

It may seem that there are a lot of materials, but these are materials for all 3 ideas. For each separately, divide by about 3. Moreover, if you are constantly engaged in needlework and love to do crafts with your own hands, then you probably have almost all of these materials.

A huge request to those comrades who do not understand what handicrafts and crafts are, please pass by, you will not be interested. And who is in the subject, welcome!

The first idea.

Step 1.

We cover the jars with acrylic paint - this will be the primer layer.

Step 2.

We take cold porcelain or homemade polymer clay. We add the building color, the color you like best.

Step 3.

We sculpt flowers and leaves from porcelain. We glue them on jars with PVA glue.

Step 4.

We paint the jars in the color you like best. Leave to dry for 12 hours.

Step 5.

We cover the jars with acrylic varnish.

Step 6.

Cut out a circle from a thin foamiran, a larger diameter than the lid of the can.

Step 7.

We glue the foamiran to the lid, and on the outside we glue the ribbon.

The first idea is ready.

Second idea.

Step 1.

We paint the jars with acrylic paint.

Step 2.

We glue fragments of a decoupage napkin.

Step 3.

We make tags from office paper and glue them on both sides with tape.

Step 4.

We paint the jars with acrylic paints of different colors, to our taste.

Step 5.

We cover with acrylic varnish for 2 times.

Step 6.

We glue jute twine to the tags and attach it to the neck of the jar.

Done.

Third idea.

Step 1.

Cut a circle out of cardboard, the same diameter as the lid.

Step 2.

Cut out a circle of foam rubber, slightly larger in diameter than cardboard.

Step 3.

Cut out a circle from the fabric whichever you prefer, about 1.5-2 times larger than the cardboard one.

Step 4.

We make a pillow from fabric and foam rubber.

Step 5.

We glue the pillow to the lid of the jar.

Step 6.

An openwork ribbon was glued around the lid.

Step 7.

Glued self-adhesive beads to the bottom of the can.

The pin cushion is ready.
