Dear friends, I greet you!

Spring is coming to an end and it's already warm enough outside to make garden crafts. And today I will show you what we got from an old bucket of paint, sand and cement. This craft will definitely decorate any garden plot.

For manufacturing we needed:

· Old plastic bucket;

· Marker, knife, scissors;

· Screwdriver, a pair of self-tapping screws;

· Sand, cement, PVA glue;

· Burlap;

· Gloves;

· Small stones;

· Universal varnish in a spray can (optional).

Our sand is quarry, with practically no clay admixture. Cement of the M400 brand. Any fabric that absorbs water well will work instead of burlap. A multi-purpose varnish is a varnish that is suitable for almost everything, for wood, metal, plaster, concrete (sold at a hardware store)

Step 1.

The top of the bucket was cut off.

Step 2.

A piece was cut from this top of the bucket and screwed onto the bucket. This will be the basket handle. Self-tapping screws are easily screwed into plastic with a screwdriver.

Step 3.

The bucket was thoroughly scratched with a stationery knife - this is so that the cement better adheres to it.

Step 4.

Pure cement without sand was mixed in a container with water. Soaked the sacking in it and glued it to the bucket.

They left to dry for 2 hours.

Step 5.

A solution of sand and cement was diluted in a basin in a 2: 1 ratio. 2 parts sand and 1 part cement.

Added some PVA glue. From it, the solution will be more plastic and it will be very convenient to work further. And after drying, the glue gives great strength.

Step 6.

Apply the solution to the bucket in small areas about 1 cm thick. And we stick small pebbles into this solution.

So we go all over the bucket and the handle.

Step 7.

A braid was woven from strips of burlap, dipped in the same solution, which was made a little thinner, and glued in place.

Leave to dry for 24-36 hours.

Step 8.

We covered the whole product with a spray can. He made the basket look wet.

This is the beauty in the end.
