Hello dear subscribers and guests of the channel!

Many subscribers who constantly read my blog often ask what is behind our wall against which we photograph our crafts? Friends, this is not a wall - this is a homemade photophone that my mother made a couple of years ago. But unfortunately, we did not film the manufacturing process itself.

Today I want to show you this photophone and tell you a little about how and what it is made of.

We store it folded in a plastic bag so that it does not become covered with dust. Although, it is varnished and can always be wiped with a damp cloth.

This is how it looks when unfolded.

And when assembled, it looks like it is the corner of a wall with a bas-relief.

A large box made of corrugated cardboard was taken as a basis, which was putty with gypsum-based construction putty.

The bricks are also made from putty.

Flowers and leaves were made from fine foamiran.

In some places they glued on a floral net.

The berries are made of beads.

The photophone is assembled in a few seconds and is ready to go.

Crafts on this background look very cool!

All were painted with acrylic paints and covered with acrylic varnish.

A little advice: if you want to make a similar background, then it is better to use not cardboard for the base, but, for example, fiberboard. Then the background will serve you sooo long.

If you are interested, then you can see how we made panels in the same style, almost the whole process is shown there.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask them in the comments.

Thank you very much for your attention!
