Garlic arrows (pipes), a dish that few people know about. Very tasty and healthy

Hello dear friends!

I am sharing with you a simple recipe for making garlic arrows (pipes). It turns out to be very tasty, and most importantly, a very healthy dish. Of course, now is not the best time for this dish, since pipes are usually sold in the summer, but still, you can keep this recipe for yourself and try it in the future.

For cooking we need:

1 bunch of garlic arrows;

Fragrant onion (dzhusay) to taste;

· 3 eggs;

· Vegetable oil;

· Salt, pepper according to your taste;

· A little dill.

Step 1.

Chop the garlic arrows and jusai.

Step 2.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and simmer the arrows with a little salt. Simmer over medium heat, covered for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3.

Add jusai to the pan and simmer for another 10-15 minutes under the lid.

Step 4.

Break 3 eggs into a cup, add some salt and whisk a little, add a little water.

Step 5.

Pour the eggs into a frying pan with arrows and fry, stirring constantly until the eggs are ready.

Step 6.

Put in a salad bowl, sprinkle with dill and serve.

It's so simple, but how delicious! You should definitely try this dish.
