I hasten to share with you another New Year's salad, which will give a piece of summer mood with its appearance and pleasant taste. Sunflower salad is bright and unusual. With him, any feast will turn into a holiday!

For cooking you will need:

· Chicken fillet - 350 gr. (Boiled or baked);

Bulb onion 1 pc .;

· Mushrooms - 300 gr.;

· Hard cheese - 100 gr.;

Boiled eggs - 4 pcs .;

Olives - 100 gr.;

· Chips Pringles;

Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. frying spoons;

· Mayonnaise to your taste;

· Salt.

1. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes, put in a dish, add a little mayonnaise and mix. We spread this layer with a spoon.

2. Chop mushrooms and onions. Fry them until tender, not forgetting to salt. We spread the second layer on the fillet and pour mayonnaise in thin streams.

3. We clean the boiled eggs and separate the white from the yolk. Three squirrels on a fine grater and lay in an even layer over the mushrooms. Sprinkle with mayonnaise again.

4. The next layer is cheese. Three and put on top of the protein and again a little mayonnaise.

5. And finally, three yolks on a fine grater and cover with the last layer.

6. Cut the olives into 4 parts and put them in the form of seeds in a sunflower. Let the salad infuse for 1-2 hours.

7. Before serving, decorate the salad with chips, laying them like petals of a sunflower. You should not put the chips in advance, otherwise they will get wet.
