• To ensure resistance to moisture, the MDF base is coated with a water-repellent varnish. In addition to protecting against swelling, the varnish acts as a kind of primer, increasing the adhesion of enamel to MDF.

• An enamel coating is applied over the primer in several layers. The thicker this coating, the better the facade and the more resistant it to external influences. Each intermediate layer is thoroughly dried and sanded.

When choosing facades, special attention should be paid to the number of paint layers on the base. The best is the so-called "high enamel" - a coating of 8-10 layers.

• The door of the set is varnished over the painted layer. The lacquer protects the kitchen from mechanical and chemical influences and gives it a beautiful shine.
