- Thirdly, you have decided on the time of using such a kitchen, whether it will serve you only in the summer or maybe you count on it in the cold season.

The nature of the kitchen construction will depend on whether you intend to use it in winter. For winter conditions, country kitchens must be equipped with warm floors, insulated walls and, which is often forgotten, with a double insulated ceiling. Thus, it is no longer just a place for outdoor cooking, somewhere "under the stairs", but a full-fledged autonomous kitchen in a country house, in which there will certainly be a kitchen set for a summer residence and, albeit not in full "urban" volume, but also a kitchen machinery.
For winter conditions it will be very nice to build in the kitchen fireplace. Be sure to put well-kept warm double-glazed windows of a dark color "wood grain". Choose such designs of double-glazed windows that are easily removable, this will be very useful to you in the summer.
Everything is very simple, expediency and comfort prevail here, there is a minimum of technology, only what is really needed
When building, pay special attention to the foundation of the structure being built. It must be securely concreted. And make sure that the laying of concrete was done according to all the rules, not in a hurry, which sometimes happens with kitchens "On the pasture", it is imperative to carry out, albeit a shallow pit, in no case on a layer of uncleared soil. Otherwise, after the first any serious autumn rains, your kitchen will "float".
Of course, the material for building a kitchen will be wood. But be very picky about its quality. All wood material must be thoroughly dried and impregnated with antibacterial compounds. Of course, you will not do this on your own, and this process is not one day. Therefore, be smart about choosing a supplier of material for the walls, floors and ceiling of the kitchen.
Useful advice! Be sure to equip your suburban area with a lightning rod. This had to be done without a separate kitchen in the country. But the lightning rod becomes your top priority if you're building a stand-alone kitchen with a gas stove and refrigerator. Be very careful about the location of the kitchen in relation to nearby trees. Branches that are too close will probably have to be sawed off.

Although, here, outside the city, you can fully feel like a designer. Create kitchen interior design yourself. Inexpensive materials known to everyone, a little imagination on the verge of a smile - that's all that is needed for real satisfaction from what you have done, which you will subsequently change more than once, but at least every spring season.

The kitchen at the dacha does not require too serious equipment, you should not turn into that tourist from a nursery rhyme, who took everything he could with him on the hike, from a frying pan to his own grandmother, who would mend him socks.
And here it's just a street kitchen in the country - this option is also possible if you also smartly take care of its conservation for the winter
From the equipment you will need:
- a gas stove, if it is convenient to connect the gas line (again, take seriously the presence of a lightning rod on the site);
- electric stove, as an alternative to gas;
- the refrigerator, most likely, is not even a large home refrigerator, but a small one, especially for small kitchens;
- the fireplace will not be classified as equipment, but some still put solid fuel boilers instead of them, and this is a very good option;
- household waste shredder - pay attention to this not so common household appliance, it can be useful in a kitchen outside the city.
Inexpensive kitchen for a summer residence - always a minimum of machinery and a maximum of creativity and design findings
Of course, how to do in the kitchen outside the city without a barbecue. It is somewhere here, nearby, but always traditional, for firewood. No newfangled electrics needed. And of course, think carefully about the need for a hood, most likely you will not need it in this situation.
Probably, you will not be able to do without small auxiliary equipment that is constantly stored in the house - all kinds of mixers, coffee grinders, even microwave ovens. All this is not difficult for a while and bring, but take care of the presence of several additional outlets. It is highly desirable to correctly calculate the load in accordance with the power of the devices used. Unfortunately, the mistake of many is pulling a long cable from home. This way of connecting is both inconvenient and unsafe. The ideal option for providing an autonomous kitchen in a summer cottage is to equip it with a voltage stabilizer and uninterruptible power supplies, then we can say with confidence that you will be afraid nothing.
Useful advice! Be sure to accurately plan both the location of the kitchen rectangle itself and its equipment. But pay the main attention to the design itself and the convenient supply of communications - electricity, gas, water. All electronics must be reliably shielded and protected from moisture. Moreover, it does not even mean rains, provide protection from very heavy dew and frost on the soil.
