Black and orange as favorite colors
The greatest colorist in the centuries-old history of painting, Pierre Auguste Renoir considered black to be the king of flowers. This color is a favorite of the incomparable Mireille Mathieu. Why don't you decorate your kitchen in this color with the addition of the second dominant and also beloved by everyone - orange. A kitchen in black and orange tones is what real design connoisseurs should pay attention to, the nuances of which we will try to reveal.
The dominance of orange matches perfectly with black inserts
Orange and black, seemingly completely incompatible, contrasting colors. But it turns out that their skillful use in the interior of the kitchen allows you to create wonderful design solutions. - when using two contrasting colors, it is not recommended to include them in the general palette in equal proportions - one of them should dominate, and the second skillfully complement. As practice shows, the most reasonable ratio here is 70 main, first, and 30 second.

Orange is the color of the holiday, the sun, so it is not suitable when it is in the shade. This is especially true for corner kitchens with a small window along one side of the corner. Useful advice. Which color to choose as the main one, and which one to support it, whether you have an orange kitchen with black or black and orange, depends on personal design preferences. - secondly, try to arrange the colors on two levels - black on the lower elements of the interior, and orange on the upper ones. This arrangement will add more light to the overall look.

Skillful use of the third color
Skillful inclusion of the second color is extremely important in design, it is this that characterizes the real taste. As for the interior of the kitchen, then, having chosen one color as the main one, the other supporting it, be sure to find a way elsewhere, outside the main line of furniture, to use this supporting one. A black table with light, again, black chairs, black curtains on the windows looks very good in this situation.

When we talk about skillfully playing with a palette of colors, we also mean skillful interspersing of a third color, which will help pull off some of the attention that these two colors for those who are not indifferent greedily attract to themselves - black and Orange. This third should not be too much - specially installed on the shelves white porcelain plates or medium the size of a vase, the second pull-out tabletop, it is quite wonderful if the source of this third color is a large lamp.
Among the possible options for the third color:
- definitely white, which matches orange very well and sets off black;

As a matter of fact, an orange and black kitchen does not necessarily make you frantically and hopelessly search for furniture of this exact double color. Let the furniture be even strictly black, well, maybe with a light countertop. But you shouldn't give up on your dream. You can do it yourself by making the walls orange.

Black and orange are the representatives of the so-called high-tech style. Hence the conclusion, made by the overwhelming majority of designers, that black and orange kitchens are formed by straight lines. The proposed colors, however, "advise" all experiments with oneself to be carried out very carefully and gradually, constantly doubting and offering alternative options.
Lighting
Where the color is black, there certainly cannot be done without good lighting, both natural and artificial. But orange makes its own adjustments - it is desirable to make this lighting reflected, not direct, matte.
Therefore, you cannot do without light curtains or, even better, blinds on the windows, if they are large. Adequate lighting will be especially important if you have a glossy, highly reflective floor in your kitchen.
It turns out that plastic and a lot of light can also be allies of the black and orange range.
Combining natural and artificial lighting is a special art. You can't do without experimentation here. Since the furniture you purchased will already have built-in light sources, you will have to experiment with what remains - windows and their design.
Useful advice. Working with orange and black requires a special approach, no instruction will help here, only the personal taste of each and the ability to look at the future interior mentally from the outside. Modern computer modeling can help you a lot in this. Of course, making a video of the future kitchen furniture and integrating it into the areas of your kitchen will be aerobatics of modeling, not available to everyone. But to make a simple photo of furniture and place it in the photo of the kitchen, this is, perhaps, already available to a considerable connoisseur of "computer arts" today. Getting creative with colors like black and orange will be very important.
Everyone ultimately cares about the price for the pleasure of creativity. It will practically not differ from the prices for other possible conventional kitchen design options. But there is one more nuance that will pay off any unexpected deviation from the previously prepared amount.
