In summer, when the temperature sometimes reaches 40 degrees, you want not only to hide from the heat, but also to pamper yourself with summer drinks that can quench your thirst. Here are some simple recipes for these drinks.

Lemonade

  • lemon - half;
  • carbonated water - liter;
  • sugar - 4 tbsp. l;
  • ice

Squeeze lemon juice into a bowl for future drink. Add sugar to this (if you are a lover of sweets, put more sugar), chopped pulp and fruit zest, mix and pour soda. If you wish, you can put ice.

Lingonberry juice

  • water - liter;
  • lingonberry - 350 g;
  • sugar

Mash the washed lingonberries with a sieve and put in a cup. Pour a glass of water into the resulting cake, boil until boiling. Using a sieve, pour into a cup of fresh juice. Add sugar and a liter of water. Drink chilled.

Fruit tea

  • black tea
  • lemon - 1;
  • Strawberry;
  • sugar;
  • mint;
  • orange;
  • sugar

Squeeze lemon and orange juice. Cut and grill the mint. Brew tea by adding mint and zest from fruits. Add as much sugar as you like. Pour in the juice from the fruit and chill the resulting drink.

Lemonade with watermelon

  • watermelon pulp - 200 g;
  • lemon juice - 100 ml;
  • honey - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • water - 3 glasses

Place all components of the drink in a blender, then pour into a bottle.

Banana Citrus Smoothie

  • orange - 3;
  • banana - 4;
  • grapefruit - 1;
  • ice

Squeeze the juice from the orange and grapefruit, pour into a blender. Add chopped banana and ice, beat until smooth.

Strawberry mojito

  • sparkling water - 150 ml;
  • strawberries - 7 large berries;
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • lemon (lime);
  • mint - 4 leaves;
  • ice

Put mint and sugar in a bowl. Sugar mint should be crushed with a pestle. Add the strawberries, cut into small pieces, to the mint-sugar preparation. Squeeze out lemon juice, put ice and pour in mineral water. Garnish with strawberries if you wish.

Cold coffee

  • instant coffee - 2 tsp l .;
  • sugar - 1 tsp l .;
  • warm water - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • milk - 200 ml.

Pour water into a bowl with a lid, add coffee with sugar. Close the lid tightly and shake until the coffee foams. Pour into a cup, add milk and ice. Add sugar if you like (brown sugar will add a caramel flavor to the drink, by the way).
