Simply put, a terry towel does not need to be hung on the balcony in the sun or on the radiator. The terry towel should be dried at a low temperature, somewhere in the room or in the bathroom, just with normal air circulation. Let it take longer, but the towel will be soft. We rub the laundry soap on a grater, add a couple of tablespoons of baking soda and simmer a towel in the resulting solution. Then just rinse and dry.

Vinegar

You can soak a towel overnight in acetic acid, and in the morning just rinse. And dry properly. To do this, you need to dilute three tablespoons of acetic acid with one and a half liters of warm water and place a towel there.

Salt and hydrogen peroxide

A similar trick can be performed no worse than using ordinary salt or hydrogen peroxide instead of acetic acid. Everything is exactly the same, we make a solution, soak it overnight, rinse it, dry it. The proportions are about the same as with vinegar and soda, about three tablespoons, about one and a half liters of water.

The optimal way

You don't have to do everything with your hands. The washing machine will do everything as well as you. The most convenient way is to put towels in the washing machine. Pour vinegar into the liquid detergent compartment, wash at maximum temperature without spinning and rinsing, and then pour the baking soda into the powder compartment and already wash with a spin and rinsing. After that, it remains only to dry properly. And that's it, the towel is soft again.
