Chop the cabbage, sprinkle with vinegar, add salt to your liking and squeeze a little. Then add the nuts and mix everything, do not forget to put the mayonnaise.

Baked meat
To prepare baked meat, you need to take:
- meat - 0.5 kg;
- lard - 25 g;
- bulbs - 2 pieces;
- flour - half tablespoon;
- chopped marjoram - half a teaspoon;
- to taste - ground black pepper and salt;
- oil for frying.
A piece of meat should be boneless, remove the film from it, rinse and rub with salt. Then pour it in flour and start frying. To do this, the oil must be heated. Cut a piece of lard into thin slices, into onions - in half rings.
Baked meat
Then the fried meat is spread on a sheet, surrounded by chopped bacon and onions, sprinkled with marjoram and pepper. After that, they put it in the oven, setting the temperature to 200 degrees. Bake until tender, beef for 2 hours.
So that the meat does not dry out and the onion does not burn, you need to pour the piece of sauce, which is formed during the baking process. If it becomes small, then you can add a little water to it. When the meat is ready, it is served with:
- vegetable salad;
- pasta;
- potatoes.
Stewed fish in a pot
To prepare this dish, you will need:
- fish - 1 kg;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- parsley, or rather its root - 1;
- onion and lemon - 1 each;
- butter - 50 g;
- white wine - 2 tablespoons;
- bay leaf - 2 pcs;
- salt and peppercorns.
Best suited for this dish:
- bream;
- zander;
- carp.
Baked fish
Peel the fish, wash, cut into pieces and salt. Then put in a pot, put oil, pepper, chopped parsley root and carrot, bay leaf there. Do not forget to squeeze 1 lemon, if you wish, you can add white wine.
Cover the top with thinly chopped and scalded onions with boiled water, close the lid. To prevent steam from escaping, it is recommended to spread the dough along the edge. Set the temperature to moderate in the oven and simmer for about 2 hours. The fish is served directly in the pot.
Garlic eggs
For this dish, you will need 2 eggs, as well as:
- 30 gr. sour cream;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- salt to taste;
- some dill.
Stuffed eggs
Remove the yolk from hard-boiled eggs, which should be rubbed with sour cream and salt, finely chop the whites. Mix kvass with yolks and chopped garlic as fine as possible. Put proteins in a salad bowl, pour a mixture of yolks with kvass on top and sprinkle everything with dill.
