When working with profile pipes, it is very often necessary to connect two or more. Most often, welding is used for this, less often bolts. However, there is another reliable way to connect shaped pipes without using the methods mentioned above. It is suitable in cases where you need to make connections at an angle of 90 degrees.
What you need: profile pipes with different sections, grinder, square, file, marker, hammer
So, there is nothing fundamentally complicated and wise in this connection method. It's actually quite simple. So much so that, upon learning about him, something flashes in my head like: "And why did I not guess before!" The method is used to make a T-shaped connection of shaped pipes of different sections. Having prepared everything you need, you can immediately go to work.
On the smaller pipe, cross lines are drawn using a marker. They should reflect the contours of the walls. The marks must be drawn around the entire circle. With the help of a grinder, a hole of a suitable size is cut in the larger pipe, for the subsequent installation of a pipe of a smaller diameter. On the reverse side, two rip cuts are made.

Next, a thin tube is taken. It is sawn according to the markings, after which several more cuts are made to the transverse line. Next, any two sides that are opposite each other are cut off. After that, the leveling and cleaning of the material is carried out. All that remains to be done after this is to connect the two tubes. The smaller pipe will be difficult to enter, so you will have to connect a hammer to clog it. The spikes protruding from the back side simply bend inward.
