Greetings, dear friends!
Today I will share with you a simple but very satisfying bean salad that all your family will surely enjoy. I'll show you how I make this salad, but you can experiment and "play" with the ingredients to your taste.
This is what I am using:
Beans 1 can;
Croutons (to your taste) - 80 gr.;
· Fresh or pickled cucumbers - 180 gr.;
· Carrots - 180 gr.;
Onions - 1 small onion;
· A little vegetable oil;
Garlic - 1 clove;
· Dill or other greens at will;
· Mayonnaise to taste.

1. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes.
2. Peel the carrots, and three on a coarse grater.
3. Cut the onion into cubes and fry until brown. If you don't like overcooked onions, then fry until golden brown.
4. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and add a jar of beans.
5. Add croutons and squeeze out a clove of garlic.
6. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, squeeze the mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly.
That's all, a hearty salad is ready.
