Last fall, having carefully examined my "possessions", I came to the conclusion that it would not hurt to make a small cosmetic repair. I had neither the strength nor the time to do everything with my own hands, and therefore I began to sort through the ads. As a result, I came across a Ukrainian team of builders, which was ready to do everything quickly and efficiently for a modest fee.

After meeting and discussing all the nuances, I went to the hardware store for materials. And now repairs have begun in my apartment!

One evening I was released early from work. My mistress cooked a fairly hearty dinner, and therefore we decided to treat our workers from Ukraine. I note that I immediately liked how they do the renovation. To thank them and motivate them for further good work, it was decided to invite the builders to the table.

Well, what is a table without 50 grams of "little white"? Taking a pile on the chest, we started talking. During the conversation, it was clear that the Ukrainians were jealous of the residents of Crimea, because they were lucky enough to return to Russia. The workers complained that the standard of living on the peninsula had improved, which could not be said about the rest of Ukraine.

They admitted that their country is on the brink of poverty. Even in large cities there is devastation, everything is dirty, factories practically do not function, it is very difficult to find normal work. In addition, salaries in Ukraine are so small that sometimes there is not enough money even to pay for communal services. That is why they went to Moscow in pursuit of the “big ruble”.

Naturally, I wondered how Ukrainians relate to Russians. I thought they hated us, but in reality it turned out differently. In fact, the inhabitants of Ukraine are quite friendly, because we are still fraternal peoples. Of course, one cannot do without envy, but there is no enmity or hatred.

Most of the Ukrainians in their hearts dream of moving to Russia, obtaining local citizenship. In this regard, the residents of Donetsk and Lugansk are lucky, since they have more chances to become Russians.
Every day we are told from TV screens how Ukraine hates Russia. In turn, Russia allegedly seized and by force took away the Crimean peninsula from its "brothers-in-arms", and now keeps the Crimeans in fear.

I also inquired about the wages in Moscow, whether unscrupulous employers had met on the way of my workers.

Ukrainians immediately began to sing praises to Moscow, to admire how clean and light it is here. They also liked that in the capital there is where to walk, what to see, where to relax. At the same time, the workers noted that in Kiev, because of the garbage, "there is nowhere to step", and the local authorities turn a blind eye to this.

In the end, they noted that Muscovites are good-natured towards visitors from the "Square". The Ukrainians said that during their stay in Russia, they never got into a conflict situation. Is it because they are really responsible and good employees?

Then we started talking on general topics, discussed music, sports and so on. This conversation left a pleasant mark on my soul, and my attitude towards Ukrainians changed for the better. We are all humans!
