Hello subscribers and guests of the channel!

Above there are 2 photographs of a weld seam on a profile pipe. On one weld seam without processing, and the second - this seam is cleaned. After stripping, it turned out to be convex and monolithic.

If you have to weld structures from shaped pipes and want all the seams in the finished product to have a beautiful monolithic look, then read the information below.

I welded 2 pieces of a profile pipe at an arbitrary angle. For a change, the first photo is welding with a forward angle, the second with a backward angle. Protruba 1.5 mm, welded with a 3 mm electrode with a separation.

Of course, we will grind with a small grinder. I have a small grinder on a 125 disc. The first thought is we grind with a grinding wheel, no, we will not grind with it. And what then? Look.

An excellent material for fine, aesthetic cleaning of joints on a profile pipe is a cut-off wheel. More precisely, a cut-off disc from a large grinder. Its thickness should be 2-2.5 mm.

We do not throw away such worn-out discs, they very well and quickly remove thin welded seams to a monolithic look. The seams on the professional pipe are perfectly adjusted with such minidiscs!

First we go through the top of the weld. We make a flat horizontal surface, that is, we remove the bumps of the weld seam of different heights. We do not press on the disc, it quickly cleans everything off, like a spatula, a solution!

Then we pass the seam on both sides, move the disc from the bottom to the top along the seam. As if we are climbing a hill, a smooth oval surface is formed on all sides so quickly. Also, we do not make any effort to drive, everything happens easily and without physical stress.

That's all, the seams are sanded. They now have a monolithic convex appearance. If you paint the finished product, then they will stand out, will look aesthetic.

Here's a little trick, take it to your technical arsenal. The more you know the options, the easier it will be to work.

A detailed video of how I cleaned these seams will be released on the channel tomorrow Friday, January 22nd. For anyone interested, come and see.
