There are many interesting, mysterious and unique places in Russia. Some of them are not fully understood. Among them is an amazing lake called Tserik-Kel, which is located in Kabardino-Balkaria. It is included in one general group, which includes as many as five reservoirs. In this lake, almost no one swims, although there is no ban on swimming in it. In various sources, for example, in Wikipedia, the depth of this reservoir is indicated - approximately three hundred meters. But in reality, things are a little different.
Many people come to Tserik-Kel throughout the year. Someone on a tour, others - to conduct a series of studies. Our scientists have studied it as thoroughly as possible, but they still have no real results.
The bottom of the lake consists of a huge number of crevices and caves of various sizes and configurations going deep into the earth.
Nobody has been able to visit there yet, and there is hardly a person who can do it.
The bottom has a winding relief, which makes it much more difficult to study. There is another complication worth remembering. The lake water is enriched with minerals. Being saturated with them, it destroys, corrodes the soil, which leads to a constant increase in the reservoir.

The laboratory analysis carried out did not clarify the situation. The results of the anomalies did not show, as well as deviations in the composition of the water. Chemical analysis complies with the standards established for water bodies. The most interesting thing is that rivers do not flow into this lake, but water flows out of it in huge volumes. Nevertheless, the reservoir does not become shallow, but on the contrary, there is more and more water in it.
