  • total area: 56 m²
  • A place: Moscow
  • Number of rooms: euro two
  • House type: panel
  • Budget: 2.5 million rubles

As a result of the redevelopment, a typical two-room apartment was turned into a euro-apartment, combining a kitchen with a living room. The budget for the renovation was small, so we had to resort to small tricks. For example, they were looking for furniture at sales and liquidation warehouses.

Living room

Laminate was used as the flooring in the living room. For the walls, a light gray shade of Little Greene was chosen. The space was zoned with a foamed PVC partition, which was made according to the designer's sketches.

The TV cabinet from IKEA has been modernized with graceful wooden legs. Opposite was an emerald corner sofa.

Kitchen

The "wet zone" in the kitchen was decorated with porcelain stoneware. The L-shaped kitchen set was packed into a niche. Large-sized equipment was built into the columns - the oven at eye level was the principal wish of the customer.

The color of the facades was deliberately matched to the walls. The kitchen shouldn't have stood out too much. For the same purpose, a ceiling cornice was launched along the upper facades. For the design of the apron, we used the volumetric tiles Equipe.

The dining area was located at the partition. A contrasting black IKEA table was completed with three chairs in an accent emerald hue.

Bedroom

The walls in the bedroom were decorated with moldings. Two wardrobes, the facades of which are duplicated in the hallway, were inserted into a niche.

The wall behind the headboard was made accent - it was decorated with a fresco with floral ornaments. We diversified the neutral range with textiles.

Hallway

In the hallway with an area of almost 7 m², the main storage system was organized. Three roomy ceiling built-in wardrobes were made to order.

The floor was covered with porcelain stoneware, and one of the walls was decorated with decorative gypsum panels. To visually expand the space, a large mirror panel was mounted to the right of the front door.
