All you need is the rope itself... and your legs and arms.)
I will make a reservation right away that this method has one drawback. It is only suitable for nylon and polypropylene ropes. This method will not work for HB ropes.

We step on the rope with both feet, so that the necessary conditional place of the cut is between the legs and approximately in the middle.
Now we pass the free end of the same rope under the section that happened to be between the legs.
We pull this free end and begin fast forward and backward movements, as if we were "sawing" the rope.
After about 10 to 15 seconds, your rope will break in the right place for you.
This time, voiced by me (10-15 seconds), is relevant for medium-diameter ropes. For thicker ones, it can be slightly increased.
