The owners of summer cottages do not need to be told how difficult and responsible work is to run their own household. Fortunately, all the effort and time invested pays off when you enjoy a freshly harvested crop.
Nevertheless, even a vacation at one's own dacha can be disrupted by a visit from law enforcement agencies. Many summer residents do not even suspect that some of the actions they perform on the site are illegal. But ignorance of the law is not a reason not to be punished. Today I will talk about the main violations that you probably do, too, just do not know about it.
The penalties in force in 2021 are as follows:
1. Illegal well
We are talking about wells that do not have appropriate certificates. If you dug a well on the site, but did not take care of the documents, get ready to pay a fine.
Moreover, its size can reach 1 million rubles.
Do not think that you will be able to hide from the law, you know that our authorities are not asleep when it comes to replenishing the treasury at the expense of penalties. Fortunately, there is an exception to the rule -
these are wells that pump no more than 100 cubic meters of water per day. They are not subject to a fine.2. "The place of our meetings is overgrown with grass"
I mean an area overgrown with tall grass, weeds, weeds and other vegetation. If you run the territory, the state can fine you for 2 - 5 thousand rubles.
True, in this case, the owner of the overgrown site is first issued a warning. If he ignores it and does not bring the territory into proper condition, then a fine will follow.
3. Keep your animals away from someone else's property
If your four-legged friend has damaged a neighbor's plot, you will have to pay. Such is the injustice! In this case, the amount of damage is determined by the party that incurred the loss.
Get ready that you will not only have to give up your hard-earned money, but also bring the neighbors' plot to the state in which it was until the animal entered it. For example, if a dog dug a hole, you will have to bury it and compensate for the damage caused.
4. Amateur construction activities
Have started a construction site on the site - take care of the availability of all permits and documents. Failure to comply with regulations can result in a monetary fine.
Unauthorized construction will cost from 3 to 6 thousand rubles, plus the structure will most likely have to be demolished.
5. Land for workers
In other words, you can use the land on your own site exclusively for its intended purpose. Otherwise, the fine will be 1% of the value of the land.
Unfortunately, almost no one observes this rule. Many summer residents build sheds and outbuildings on the ground, although there should be garden beds there.
6. Fire safety comes first
If you create a potential fire risk on the site, please pay a fine up to 5 thousand rubles.
Everything is simple here: you cannot make fires on the site, burn heaps of garbage and branches, fry a barbecue if there is no barbecue, and so on.
7. There is no place for garbage on the site
If you turn your own site into an outright dump, then the state will require up to 50 thousand rubles.
Let you don’t want to mess around in the ground, dig a garden, etc., but you don’t need to fill up the site with rubbish and garbage. If one of the neighbors complains, or the law enforcement officers themselves notice, then punishment cannot be avoided. After one or two warnings, a fine will follow.
