• Sun-dried tomatoes (50 gr.) Are finely chopped (they must first be soaked from excess oil).
• A bunch of basil (about 50 grams) is chopped with a knife, and three cloves of garlic are grated on a fine grater or squeezed through a garlic press.
• Chopped tomatoes, basil and garlic are added to softened butter, seasoned with salt and pepper, and thoroughly mixed until the mixture is as homogeneous as possible.
