I share my know-how. I thought of using a corrugated stainless steel to increase the efficiency of a diesel heater purchased at "Jum"

If your mother-in-law started calling you "sonny", it means that it is spring, and the garden is full of work.
Anecdote from the site- "anekdoty.ru"

Well, this winter gave "heat", in the sense that there were a lot of cold days. It was very difficult to do the work at my dacha. Judge, the temperature at my construction site was always below zero this winter. On average, minus 15-20 degrees, or even under thirty, passed. It is difficult to carry out high-quality construction work in such a microclimate.

I share my know-how. I thought of using a corrugated stainless steel to increase the efficiency of a diesel heater purchased at "Jum"

In order to warm up the room a little, I used an autonomous diesel car hairdryer.

He coped with his task perfectly. You could always warm up your hands, phone, foam, dry your gloves. I even burned my hands when working at full power. At the same time, it emits a lot of heat. The device has a power of 5 kW. Through the service menu, you can increase the power up to 8 kW. During the entire period of operation, the heater has never let me down. The only drawback of such a device is that it needs to be refueled periodically.

In the last week of the construction of the bath house, it was possible to insulate the floor between the cold attic and the bath room. After that, the temperature in the future bath became close to zero when the heater was operating at minimum power. Working has become much more comfortable.

The next stage in my construction epic is the pouring of floors on the ground. Naturally, it is advisable to carry out concrete work in the warm season, which will come in a month, and I do not want to waste time. Or warm up the room to positive. I stopped at the second option. It is more expensive in terms of money, because diz. fuel is not cheap. Therefore, in order to increase the efficiency from the "Chinese webast", I decided to additionally carry out heat removal from the exhaust gases.

For this I bought a corrugated stainless steel!

The question arises, what is the connection between the autonomy and the corrugated pipe?

The fact is that the corrugated pipe has a high heat transfer coefficient. Accordingly, you need a short tube from the heater to the outside:

Replace with a longer one, increasing it with a new, acquired one.

Look at the installation process in the gallery, just flip through the author's photos. Below them I will tell you what I am doing:

I connect my own tube with a new one, they go into each other in tightness. What suits me. DN of the new pipe is 20 mm.

It remains only to start the autonomous system. No sooner said than done. She easily entered the regime. Heating the room not only through the built-in heat exchanger but also with the heat of the exhaust gases. Thus, the efficiency has increased. Scroll through the gallery.

Exhaust gases come out slightly warm. Leaving the main heat energy in the room.

I told about the purchase and installation of an autonomous heater here. About the pipe itself here here, click on the blue tips.
