I'm building. There will be a Russian bath. I plan to heat the water with a heat exchanger on a pipe, in the network I saw the piping of the heat exchanger using corrugated stainless steel, approximately according to this principle:

The pipe going from the heat exchanger to the tank must be made of a material that will withstand high temperatures in case of boiling water or working without it. Accordingly, polypropylene, cross-linked polyethylene, HDPE pipe is not suitable for this. Remains: a black iron pipe, but from it, rust will form in the water, the option disappears. You can use copper pipe, but you need to have the skills to solder this material, and it comes out a little expensive. As a result, the best option for a bath is a corrugated stainless steel.

Honestly, I have never held this pipe and special fittings in my hands. Therefore, I will tell you about my impressions in their original form.

Our city is not large, the people are not rich. Therefore, local stores do not sell it. I had to order a corrugated pipeline in the online store. With your own money.

And so I will use it in the water supply system in a freezing country house-bath, they write that it is not afraid of defrosting. In addition, a pipe with a diameter of 20 mm will be used as an exhaust pipe for additional heat removal from a diesel heater.
