I am already 50 years old and at some point I clearly understood that I was tired of living in a human anthill. I mean the apartment. Although the apartment is its own, but housing in an apartment building imposes many restrictions - noisy neighbors with on the one hand, a granny with extrasensitivity even to the sounds of walking on the other, from below, there are eternal fights and quarrels are audible.
The apartment is also angular, the wind howls terribly and blows all the time. You pay decent sums for major repairs, but they can't even wash decently at the entrance once a week.
In general, I started watching videos on Youtube about people who have moved to a private house. Someone builds himself, someone hires - watched everyone. In the process of searching, I compared different technologies - wood, aerated concrete, brick. Yes, aerated concrete is cheap, I considered it for a while, but then I found a lot of not very reviews. And in the end, I came across steel profiles.
They are called LSTK - stands for light steel thin-walled structures. Of these, a frame is placed on the foundation and then sheathed with panels. I read a lot about them, saw different reviews, but here it is more about the honesty of the company than about the technology.
The technology itself has been used abroad for a long time, but we, like everything else, are only just getting it. The main advantages are called environmental friendliness, good heat retention in the house, sound insulation and ease of assembly. As I later became convinced, the frame of the house is assembled very easily, as if you were assembling a constructor, only in full size.
As a result, after, probably, a year of studying the issue and buying a land plot, I turned to the company “Frame factory». They had a lot of reviews and most of the good ones + their profile differs from others with improved technology, and they use rivets, not self-tapping screws, like others.
He drew a rough draft of the house on paper, the architects corrected it and made it under the LSTK. Then we signed a contract, filled out an application quickly and after about 15 days the frame was already delivered to my site. The frame cost me 739 thousand rubles.
During this time, he poured the foundation, so immediately after delivery he began assembly. I assembled the frame myself in 20 days - everything is really elementary. Everything is clearly shown in the nodes. Where it was not clear, he called the manager, he explained everything.
Then, as funds were accumulated, he sheathed the frame. He insulated with mineral wool, although the guys from the company offered many options to choose from, including foam concrete - it turns out more monolithic with it.
In general, the whole process from the moment of receiving the frame to the end of construction took 100 days. As a result, with furniture and decoration, everything came out at 30,000 rubles per square meter. This money included absolutely everything, including towels and a toothbrush! For that kind of money, you can't even buy an apartment with bare walls in a rough finish - the average price is from 60,000 rubles per square meter. And I also have land of 8 acres! So think later, why are these concrete boxes ...
I am satisfied with the house - I assembled almost everything myself with my own hands, it turned out warm and solid. It turned out to be cheaper than the cost of an apartment without renovation and furniture. Somewhere I asked my friends to help me when it became difficult to pull myself.
In addition, the company there is also an affiliate program - if you built something using their technology, then you can help others - with advice or show something during the construction process, and for this you get% of the cost of the frame.
As a result, I also made money with them - the neighbors, when they saw that I was building from something unusual, began to ask constantly. Here a neighbor then rebuilt a garage for himself according to my instructions, and I did not lose. I have been living in the house for six years now and I am not overjoyed.
