I will show you today what an interesting and useful thing for the house we made out of a cake box and some other simple materials. We have already made several crafts from boxes, and at the end of the article I will give links to them.
For today's craft, we needed:
· Cake box;
· Burlap;
· Plastic cover or cardboard;
· Hot glue;
· Rope.
We buy burlap in the market where they sell different fabrics, sometimes it is found in hardware or hardware stores. You can also buy a rope at a hardware store.
Step 1.
The “ears” were cut off from the box lid.
Step 2.
A circle was cut out of the burlap. The size of the circle is matched to the size of the cover yourself.
Step 3.
Using hot glue, glue the burlap to the lid from the inside.
After gluing, straighten the folds so that they are uniform.
Step 4.
Cut a circle out of a plastic lid from a bucket or cardboard and glue it on one side with burlap.
Step 5.
Glue the circle inside the cake box.
Step 6.
We tie a rope around the box and glue it with hot glue.
Everything, a nice and useful thing for the house is ready. The result is a basket in which you can hold anything, for example, balls of yarn.
