Budget repair of a "killed" odnushka 35 m² in the old fund for 700 thousand rubles: before and after photos

Designer Angelina Borodkina designed a 35 m² room designed to accommodate guests and relatives. The apartment is located in a two-storey building with an old foundation. The main room combines the functionality of a bedroom and a living room, and the kitchen is actually combined with the hallway.

Apartment before renovation. Major repairs were required, so all the walls were dismantled and new ones were erected.

Living room

For the living room, wallpaper with plant motifs was selected, and parquet was used as the flooring.

The sofa was “packed” into a niche formed by two wardrobes. Carpets and vintage furniture are responsible for the special atmosphere.

Bedroom

The sleeping place was organized in a niche provided by the architecture of the building. It was zoned in color and framed with white platbands. An additional storage system was placed at the foot of the bed. The plant paintings used for decoration echo the wallpaper in the living area.

Kitchen

The kitchen space was made as open as possible thanks to the dismantling of the partition from the hallway, it was replaced with a non-deaf one.

The size of the room made it possible to fit only the most necessary things - a double hob and a sink, and a washing machine was hidden in a blank lower cabinet.

Bathroom

The bathroom was decorated in light gray colors. The shower area and floor are tiled with mosaics. Built-in storage systems were organized above the installation. A full-wall mirror above the sink works to expand the space.
