1. The first and worst mistake is to build a house without a project.
Unfortunately, many developers make this gross mistake. They just use the sketch of the house without bothering to create a construction project. In the first case, we are talking about a sketch that is able to convey an idea, but does not carry any functional and constructive load.
In the project, everything should be thought out to the smallest detail, starting with the construction of the foundation, ending with the roof plan. Among other things, the project provides for the sequence of installation of engineering systems: heating, ventilation, sewage, etc.
2. The second common mistake is the wrong foundation.
Initially, developers do not properly prepare the foundation. When it comes to reinforcement, many take on dirty, smooth reinforcement covered with a layer of paint. As a result, the adhesion of the concrete is reduced.
3. The third mistake is an illiterate installation of communications
If the communications are laid incorrectly, then in the future it will bring many problems. For example, the sewage system will constantly be clogged, or the water pressure will be weak all the time, etc.
4. Mistake number 4 - improper installation of gutters
If the water from the roof does not drain as planned, then soon it will destroy the walls of the house, and even the foundation.
5. Polyfoam is not a heater!
Many people insulate the foundation with foam, but this is unacceptable, since this material quickly deteriorates, turning into crumbs. The service life of the insulation must correspond to the service life of the foundation.
