If this is not done, then the risk of "licking" the hat increases many times over. After that, you need to try to unscrew the hardware a little and sprinkle a liquid thread wrench from several sides. If it goes hard, then we continue to unscrew a little bit, adding lubricant to the thread after each step. After making another injection, it is worth waiting for a minute or two until the grease is absorbed by the tree.
