Layout
Before the sale, the apartment was rented out for a long time, so it was in a deplorable state. The original planning solution was practically not changed. To give the space a more correct shape, we only sewed a narrow niche in the kitchen.
Kitchen-dining room
The kitchen set was built in a U-shape. All the equipment was hidden in tall pencil cases, they and the wall cabinets were supplemented with a cornice, thanks to which it was possible to visually raise the ceiling. The peninsula acts as a zoning element. In addition, a washing machine was housed in it.
The full-fledged living room was abandoned in favor of the dining room.
Bedroom
The walls and ceilings in the bedroom were decorated with yellow-olive paint. An isolated dressing room was equipped to the right of the entrance. The louvered partition was decorated in the color of the walls, and the entrance was covered with a curtain to match.
The double bed was made to order, and a dressing table was placed at the foot of the bed.
Children
Natalya designed the room for her daughter in light colors. Posters on the walls and textiles became bright accents. The workplace was arranged by the window; the Finnish writing desk went to the owner from her great-grandmother.
Hallway
An additional storage system was organized in the hallway. There was a place for two built-in wardrobes at once. One of them was packed into a shallow niche at the entrance, the second, with mirrored doors, further along the corridor. The use of mirrors made it possible to compensate for the lack of natural light in the hallway.
Bathroom
The bathroom in the apartment is separate. The bathroom was tiled with light marble-effect tiles, with an accent on the ceiling and bath curtain. A niche was provided in the wall behind the bowl. An installation was installed in the toilet.
