Recently, the leader of our invincible country remembered about gas. It's okay that this happened only 101 years after the GOERLO plan was adopted. But this is all lyrics. Let's get down to the main thing! To our Russian gas.
During his speech, the president said a phrase that caught my eye. I will briefly tell you the essence. Our leader said that gas networks have been connected to many settlements today, but some residents have not yet connected gas. Why people do not do this, the president was genuinely bewildered. He ordered that gas be supplied free of charge to the boundaries of the sites. But does it make sense?
In our village, gas networks were laid on all streets that year. To do this, they dug up all the roads, so that it was possible to drive only on a tank. Until now, many houses do not have access roads and you have to get to them on foot. But these are trifles... The main thing is that the gas is supplied! From our house to the gas pipe about 7 meters.
TAnd so, of all the villagers, only one neighbor decided to connect the gas. To carry out this venture, she checked out of her apartment in the city and made a registration in the village. It's much cheaper that way. If she had not done this, do you know how much this event would have resulted in? No?! Then I'll tell you.
A year ago, the connection cost about 380 thousand rubles. And this amount does not include the heating and distribution equipment that needs to be installed in the house, as well as the cost of the gas supply project.
If you have a residence permit in the village, this amount is reduced to 140 thousand.
I'm not even talking about the fact that you need to buy a boiler, which costs about 40 thousand rubles, radiators, wiring equipment, etc. All this results in a pretty penny. Plus, the installation of equipment is within 40 - 55 thousand rubles.
In total, the price tag for connecting gas heating costs 320 thousand rubles if you have a local registration. If the registration is in the city, then the amount is at least 600 thousand.
Well, who has such fabulous sums? How long will it take until the money spent pays off? I think for decades.
You can simply insulate the house and heat it with electrical appliances, without bothering to install a boiler, wiring, radiators, etc.
For the sake of interest, I did some calculations. To heat our house with electric heaters, you need to spend about 24 thousand rubles per year. With gas heating, this amount is 14 thousand per year. The difference is 10 thousand rubles. But we saved about 280 thousand rubles on connecting gas.
Divide 280 by 10 to get 28 years. For such a number of years, the saved money will be enough for us. And this is taking into account the fact that we will live in the country all winter and heat every day.
If you come to the dacha only during the warm season, then the connection of gas may never pay off at all. Even if we take into account the fact that over the years it will be necessary to change electric heaters, but the gas boiler will sooner or later become unusable.
I have many acquaintances who refuse to supply gas. After all, the prices are simply cosmic! For people to start supplying gas, all costs must be borne by the gas companies. And the population will buy heating equipment for their hard-earned money. Today, in many settlements, gas is supplied to the boundaries of the plots, but no one is in a hurry to bring it into the house.
For an ordinary person to consider gas as a good alternative to electric or stove heating, this pleasure should not cost exorbitant money. No one wants to overpay hundreds of thousands of rubles for gas when you can heat your house with electrical appliances. This is an unacceptable luxury for ordinary people!
