Most of our fellow citizens drive budget cars all their lives. For many of them, even buying a car on the primary market is a serious challenge. Considering all this, I would like to ask: what is the maximum speed at which the overwhelming majority of people drive during the day? And the point here is not only in the rules of the road, but also in the technical capabilities of the car itself. This raises another question: why does a budget car have a markup of up to 200 km / h on the speedometer, or even more?

The second reason is good old fashioned marketing. Nobody canceled it.
