You will remember the unusual taste of this appetizer for a long time. It consists of: beets - 500 g; garlic - 3 heads; salt, black and red peppers - half a teaspoon each; sugar and coriander - 1 teaspoon each; vinegar - 3 tablespoons; sunflower oil - 100 g.

Preparation:

  • Naturally, wash the beets thoroughly. Throw it in a saucepan and cook. After boiling, wait 10 minutes and turn off so that the beets are not boiled and are damp.
  • Let it cool down. Then peel and grate in the form of straws.
    Sprinkle with coriander, sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar and stir.
  • Pour sunflower oil into the pan. Add both peppers and finely chopped garlic to it. The oil should not boil. Heat this mixture for 15 minutes and pour over the beets. Stir long and hard. Let it brew in a cold place for a couple of hours.
