Friends, I welcome everyone. You are on the channel for self-taught in welding and locksmith. Not so long ago I purchased a semiautomatic welding machine, this is not a small light inverter, plus it is connected to a heavy carbon dioxide cylinder.
Therefore, a semi-automatic machine needs a trolley on which the machine itself, a carbon dioxide cylinder and other welding tools are placed. I welded myself such a cart. I want to share with you its simple and original design.
This is my VIKING 200 SYNERGIC PRO 3 IN 1 semiautomatic device. It can be seen that he was standing on the welding table, taking up space. There was also a carbon dioxide cylinder next to the table. This will not work! We are urgently making a cart. Here's what starts to turn out.
The design of the cart is spontaneous, I did not have any drawings or examples. All material - wheels, corner, profile pipe, round timber, strip, chain, I did not buy new.
All this was found in the garage, in the shed, many parts had to be joined together, built up, for example, a professional pipe. So the design is non-standard and the material is assembled piece by piece in the garage!
There is a place for a balloon, it will be fixed from movement by a chain, not even by a chain, but by a full-fledged chain. There are 2 shelves - one for the machine itself, and the second for different welding tools.
There is a second pair of auxiliary wheels, on which the trolley is lowered and will already be on 4 wheels. This is the position to move, the transport position to drive around the garage! We clean and paint the metal, see what a nice cart it turns out.
Painted black. It's just that there was such paint in the shed, well, I didn't have to buy it. Painted in 2 layers, worked with a brush. Before that, I cleaned all the seams and rust and sharp corners in the structure. The cart turned out like new from the store! Now we put a semiautomatic device and a cylinder on it.
I took more pictures to see everything in detail. The apparatus and the balloon are properly fixed, there should be no problems. I tried to drive around the garage and on the asphalt next to the garage. See what is the transport position of the cart.
So, on 4 wheels, a trolley with an apparatus and a cylinder can easily move where we need to. We arrived at the place, we put it back in the working position, on 2 wheels and 2 persistent paws.
