1. Tool for creating cuttings
We take a piece of pipe 7-10 cm long and with a diameter that will correspond to the desired thickness of the cutting. We drill four holes on the side. Next, using a grinder, cut out the teeth, directing the blade to the previously drilled holes. It turns out a cutter that can be clamped in a vice and then used to remove excess wood from the handle.
2. Thread stripping tool
We cut off a square pipe profile of 20-30 mm, and then cut it diagonally. The resulting corner must be welded into a larger pipe with a rectangular section. After that, the resulting workpiece is partially dissolved in half lengthwise. Nuts are welded on the sides of the structure. A fragment of the saw blade is inserted into the incision, which is clamped by two springs fastened to the nuts.
3. Water pump
A ring is bent from a strip of metal, which will fit tightly into the 90 mm sewer pipe. We weld 3 metal insert strips and a ring with an 11 mm hole into the center of the ring. Next, two screws are made, which are welded to a suitable M10 nut.
A 90 mm PVC pipe is taken, on which an adapter for 60 mm is placed, a pipe of a smaller diameter, a tee and a plug. In the latter, a hole is drilled for an M10 nut. Next, a screw is assembled, which is attached to the plug and placed in the pipe. To use the pump, all that remains is to insert the nut into the drill.
