All alterations, taking into account the rough, finishing work and the purchase of furniture, cost 1 million rubles, it was this budget that was laid down at the planning stage. Finishing materials were chosen according to the principle of compliance with this amount and the current availability in the store.

Kitchen

Due to the non-standard dimensions, the kitchen set was custom made locally. It cost only 48 thousand rubles. Hexagonal porcelain stoneware in several shades was used as the flooring. To increase the area of the working surface, part of the tabletop was brought to the windowsill.

Bedroom

The room turned out to be quite narrow, but this did not prevent to place a double bed in it and save space for passage on both sides of it. The wall at the head was decorated with photo wallpaper and gray laminate. Wall sconces were ordered on AliExpress.

Hallway

The "dirty area" in the hallway was highlighted with tiles. Of the furniture, only a shoe rack was installed here, and hooks for outerwear were also hung. The dressing room acts as the main storage system. The mirror on the front door is designed to visually enlarge the space.

Bathroom

In the decoration of the bathroom, two types of porcelain stoneware were combined - marbled and concrete. The contrast was brought by the black elements of the plumbing.
