Planning before and after

Before redevelopment.
As a result of the redevelopment, the bathroom and the kitchen-living room remained within the same boundaries, but the bedroom was slightly enlarged to equip a second dressing room. We also provided functional niches in the hallway and corridor.

Living room

Porcelain stoneware was used as a floor covering in the kitchen-living room, and it was also placed in the hallway and in the bathroom. The walls were turned into a backdrop for bright accents - a yellow sofa and curtains on the windows. An unusual solution was the replacement of the standard TV stand with a fireplace. He brought an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort to the interior.

Thin lines in the form of legs of chairs from the dining room, an armchair and a coffee table give the interior a graphic touch without making it heavy.

Kitchen

To free up space in the living room, part of the kitchen unit was taken out into the corridor. They placed pencil cases with built-in appliances and a refrigerator. At the same time, they retained enough space for the passage.

The facades of the lower tier were selected to match the walls in order to visually dissolve them in space.
The top was decorated with wood, this connected the kitchen with the dining area.

Bedroom

Laminate was laid on the bedroom floor. The bed was moved closer to the window. The space around it was designed asymmetrically - on the one hand, a mirror and a suspension, on the other, a shelf and a swivel lamp that can be used for two functional areas at once. This technique helped to revitalize the interior.

The working area was marked with finishing. A section of the wall behind the desk was highlighted with laminate.
A niche for open shelves was provided nearby. When entering the room, it is not visible, so that unnecessary visual noise is not created.

Hallway

The presence of two dressing rooms made it possible to get by with a minimum of furniture in the hallway. We bought only a small pouf for sitting. A large-format mirror opposite the front door visually enlarges the room. A utility block was placed in a niche next to it.

Bathroom

In the decoration of the bathroom they combined wood-like tiles and stone-like porcelain stoneware, paint was used in the "non-wet" areas.

The washing machine was hidden under the countertop. Boxes under the sink and a shallow shelf make for extra storage.
