Designer Elena Poleshchuk designed a 65 m² two-room apartment for a business woman. It was important for the client to maintain a sense of free space, so they tried to avoid clutter and use light colors.
The neutral finish was complemented by bright accents and artwork from the hostess's collection. The resulting interior was a reflection of her personality.

During the redevelopment, the doorway between the kitchen and the living room was moved to the wall between the windows. It was extended and supplemented with a sliding glass partition to let in more light into both rooms. The same solution was used in the hallway.
The living room was equipped with a full-fledged recreation area. An unusual contrast was created by combining two sofas of different saturation. One is bright red, the other is soft blue.
The carpet became the connecting link. Bright accents look advantageous against the light background of the walls. Authentic lithographs by Marc Chagall in golden frames and ceramics were used as decoration.
Kitchen
The kitchen set was positioned linearly. Thanks to two pencil cases with appliances on the sides and mezzanines, the working area seemed to be built in. The green shade of the shallow wall cabinets contrasts with the red glass dining table top.
In order not to divide the space, parquet was used as a floor covering in the kitchen, as well as in the living room.
Bedroom
The bedroom turned out to be ascetic. The green upholstery of the bed, the tapestry over the headboard, and the linens helped to dilute the neutral finish.
To avoid the clutter of dressers and other storage systems, we provided a dressing room.
Hallway
Graphite hexagonal tiles were laid on the floor in the hallway. At the entrance to the kitchen, they duplicated a sliding partition from the kitchen-living room.
A small console was placed in front of the front door to store small things.
Bathroom
The bathroom in the apartment is separate. On the floor in both rooms, the same tiles were used as in the hallway, the walls were partially tiled with light rectangular tiles, and paint was used in the "non-wet" areas.
At the entrance to the bathroom, a niche was arranged, where a washing machine was placed. The mosaic in the shower room helped to diversify the set of textures in the interior.
