I usually threw out this "bubble". But recently I learned that such a film brings a lot of benefits, so I stopped getting rid of it. My grandfather lives next door to me, in whose arsenal there is an endless number of all kinds of folk wisdom. He shared with me a life hack that I present to your attention.
If you have a piece of "pimple" lying around at home, you can use it for useful purposes.
In addition to the film, you will also need double-sided tape. In the absence of such, you can take ordinary scotch tape, turning it into double-sided.
We glue a layer of scotch tape on the "bubble", turn it over and get double-sided adhesive tape. Fix the middle and edges with small pieces of tape.
We hang the film on the window frame. Note that the light of the "bubble" transmits well, so you won't even notice its presence.
Why did we do all this?
Ever notice foil on your windows? This is how people try to escape the heat. One American scientist found that a bubble wrap could act as a conditioner.
The air inside the bubbles prevents heat from entering the room. A kind of air pocket is formed, similar to the one that is present on double-glazed windows.
