Numerous holidays in May marked the opening of the "Grill House" season, which lasts until late autumn. After all, nothing is so nice not teasing smell, like the smell of kebabs. The perfect complement to the meat can serve not only vegetables, but also in the form of mushrooms... barbeque.
To prepare the mushroom kebabs are needed such ingredients:
1. Mushrooms - 500-600 m;
2. Lemon juice - 2 hours. l;
3. Soy sauce - at will;
4. Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. l;
5. Garlic - 3-4 cloves;
6. Salt and pepper to taste
Before you send the mushrooms on the grill, they need to marinate. The pre-washed mushrooms add lemon juice, vegetable oil, crushed garlic, salt and spices. Stir. Mushrooms, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
You must then strung mushrooms on skewers, or put on a barbecue grill. Fry the mushrooms until tender. Bon Appetit!
