The apartment was in a dead state. We changed everything: the floor screed, wiring, removed the old finish. During the repair, difficulties arose with the search for qualified builders, two crews had to be replaced, which is why the repair lasted 1.5 years.

Living room

To decorate the walls in the living room, a gray-beige paint was used. High swing doors with glass inserts helped to visually raise the ceiling and let in more air.

The dining group was moved closer to the exit to the balcony. The round dining table has been fitted with vintage chairs, restored and painted blue.

Kitchen

Thanks to the wide doorway, the kitchen looks like an extension of the living room. Another floor covering helps to zone them, in the kitchen it is a tile.

The set was placed in a U-shape. The tabletop was brought onto the windowsill to provide an additional work surface and a place for breakfast. Hanging cabinets were allowed only along one wall, which is not visible from the living room. This helped to lighten the interior.

Bedroom

In the decoration of the bedroom, green prevails: the paint was combined with wallpaper with a floral print. They echo the greenery outside the window.

The lift bed provided additional storage space. The white wardrobe was purchased at IKEA and built into a pre-planned niche.

Hallway

The "dirty" area in the hallway was highlighted with tiles. At the entrance, they placed a bench and a shoe rack, in which you can store not only shoes, but also hats and gloves. As a result of the redevelopment, it was possible to equip a separate dressing room, the entrance to it is further along the corridor.

Bathroom

In the decoration of the bathroom, they combined white "hog" tiles and light blue paint in "non-wet" areas. This solution helped not only save money, but also diversify the interior. The rimmed washbasin and wall sconces with accordion shades again refer to the retro style.
