The story tells how one man saved an entire company from death. At some point, Dukhov's tanks were left practically without fuel, besides, the shells were running out, and there was nowhere to take them. To save the equipment, Sychev proposed to mine all the approaches to it.

As a result, one German tank was hit, 2 self-propelled guns were burned, the rest retreated. And all thanks to one sapper of the Soviet army Sychev. The story became known from eyewitnesses. The case is actually very rare, but it was he who saved 5 Soviet tanks and, accordingly, their crews.
