I solve the problem with condensation on the windows, in the new house I will use stainless steel in the windowsills

In private houses, "weeping windows" are quite common, especially in severe frosts. I know about this not by hearsay, this is a problem for my mother-in-law and parents. And now I observe such a physical phenomenon in my house under construction, drops of moisture are deposited on the cold surface of the glass.

Usually, unpleasant drops begin to manifest themselves at freezing temperatures outside. At the moment, my bath house is heated by air through a 1.5 kW miner. What is a miner, I told previously.

As a result, due to insufficient convection of warm air under the windows, as well as high humidity, the problem became urgent for me, the windows began to "cry"

Windows with moisture condensation in minus outside

Even after the installation and launch of the underfloor heating, most likely the problem will remain in the cold season. Since the warm floor will create an even upward flow of heat. But in fact, you need a heating radiator under the window so that the accelerated, heated air does not allow the glass to the profile to cool strongly, thereby preventing water vapor from passing into a liquid phase on a cold surface window.

In a normal situation, the problem will be solved by installing a convector under the window, "parallel" to the warm floors. But the presence of radiators under the windows, in a new house, somehow depresses me. After all, I did not plan to install them. Therefore, I will go the other way:

Warm stainless steel window sill

All warm floors in the house, I install a corrugated stainless steel pipe SS304 "STAHLMANN"

Stainless pipeline

Therefore, there was no question of which pipeline to use in the windowsill. In addition, it has a number of advantages over polymer pipes, but all in order:

The window sill is 20 cm wide, my task is to lead the pipe along it not with one pipe line, but with three.

I would not have been able to do this with an ordinary pipe for underfloor heating, made of high-pressure polyethylene. Steep corners, he could not stand it, broke.

I understand perfectly well that any steep angle in the pipeline is an additional hydraulic load on the system, but I think there is nothing criminal in these corners.

As a result, under each window I will have a warm windowsill, which will make the warm air mass circulate actively. Thus, there will be no prerequisites for the formation of moisture on the glass, which will have a positive effect on the microclimate at home.
