Greetings, dear friends and guests of the channel!
I love visiting different supermarkets looking for ideas and interesting craft materials. I often get ideas just when I wander around the store in search of materials.
This time I saw an interesting, but easy to make decor, which was quite expensive. Having studied it more closely, I realized that it is not at all difficult to make it, and the materials are not expensive.
Here's what it took to make:
- Flat plate and cup;
- Sandpaper, nail polish remover;
- Thick soft wire insulated;
- Bandage;
- Hot glue;
- Sisal;
- Cones, nuts, dry rowan berries;
- White acrylic paint.
For this craft, I bought only cones with nuts and a piece of wire, I had everything else, since I often do crafts and have accumulated a supply of different materials for a long time.
Step 1.
I processed the plate and cup with sandpaper (I scratched it well so that the glue seized stronger). Degreased.
Step 2.
I cut the required size of the wire, bent it and wrapped it with a bandage.
Step 3.
I glued one end to the plate and the other to the inside of the cup.
If you scratch the smooth surface well and degrease it, the hot glue will hold well.
Step 4.
I glued the sisal to the wire. This is to prevent the wire from showing through cones and nuts.
Step 5.
I glued cones, nuts and mountain ash to sisal.
Step 6.
I tinted the tips of the cones with white acrylic paint.
Here is such a nice decor.
