But this does not mean that it gives off heat, it just reflects what is already there. Unfortunately, many do not know and do not understand this. Therefore, the walls of houses are sewn up with foam plastic and everything that should warm up one way or another (in their opinion).
However, if there is no direct heat source in the house, then after sheathing the house with insulation, nothing will change. The premises will freeze in cold weather. Only internal heating will save.

4. All communications need insulation
Many people forget about this. When laying pipes in the ground, you need to take care of their insulation, otherwise they will freeze in frost. You can "wrap" communications in a layer of insulation or cover them with expanded polystyrene. The second option is simpler and cheaper, but it does not always help protect pipes and wires from freezing.
