The choice fell on a three-ruble note with a hundred-year history.

  • total area: 75 m²
  • A place: Kiev
  • Number of rooms: eurotrash
  • Ceiling height: 3.6 m

Layout

Repairs from previous owners left much to be desired, almost everything had to be redone - right down to the screed. The layout was optimized for the needs of the customer - the kitchen was combined with the living room, long corridors were eliminated, and a bedroom and a study were arranged in two isolated rooms.

Living room

In the interior of the living room, a balance of softness and brutality was observed - a leather sofa was supplemented with armchairs in soft upholstery and an accent carpet. The set of coffee tables echoes the shape of the lamps on the ceiling.

The aluminum double-glazed windows were painted black on the inside. They add graphic quality to the interior.

Kitchen

The corner set was placed in a niche. The facades have combined white and black colors. The shade of the apron matches the color of the wall cabinets above it.

The dining group was moved to the wall on the border of the kitchen and living room. A mirror in a massive black frame was hung over the dining table. It refers to the classics, creating an eclectic mood.

Bedroom

The bedroom was decorated in monochrome colors. The accents are a leather armchair and a lamp with a mirrored plafond on the ceiling. In addition to a place to sleep, they managed to equip an isolated dressing room here. It serves as the main storage space.

Cabinet

The second room was taken as an office. The space was divided into a work area with a desk and open shelves and a seating area with a sofa. In addition, there is a built-in wardrobe for auxiliary storage.

Hallway

They did not force the entrance hall with wardrobes. Dispensed with a small open system with hangers and a shoe rack. Mirrors perform both a decorative function and visually expand a narrow room.

Bathroom

The interior of the bathroom was built on contrasts - dark marble-like porcelain stoneware was laid on the floor, square white tiles and paint were combined on the walls. An unusual solution was the black ceiling.

During the redevelopment, we planned a niche for the utility block. It housed a washing and drying machine, as well as a wardrobe for household utensils.
