Place potato beds in a well-lit area. It is desirable that cucumbers, greens, cabbage or beets grow on it earlier, but not nightshade crops.

Prepare the soil since autumn: dig it up, add compost or humus in a proportion of 7 kg per 1 sq. m. For a good harvest, the fertile layer should be at least 30 cm.

In the spring, dig up the garden again and add ammonium nitrate, potassium or ammonium sulfate - substances that not only contribute to the good growth of the crop, but also protect it from pests.

Before planting, you need to keep the tubers at a temperature of +15 degrees and good lighting for two weeks so that the eyes wake up and start growing.

Plant potatoes according to the scheme: the distance between the holes is 40 cm, between the rows - 1 m, the depth is 10 cm. Add one more teaspoon of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer to each well, mix thoroughly with the soil, put the tuber and sprinkle with earth.

Since Bellarosa is an early potato variety, experts recommend using fertilizers with a high magnesium content, such as dolomite flour, for active growth.

Conclusion

Many potato growers increasingly prefer the productive and early maturing Bellarosa variety. It grows remarkably on both sandy and loamy soils, it is not afraid of either drought or rain.
