Layout

The original layout was retained, because of the gas it was impossible to combine the kitchen with the room. The apartment was overhauled: all the old finishes, doors, windows and partitions were dismantled, the balcony was glazed.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is only 6 m². Despite this, there was a place here not only for the headset, but also for the dining group, and even for a small sofa.

The main headset unit was packed into a niche. It contains the necessary minimum - a sink, a dishwasher, a stove for two burners and a cooker hood. The blue facades of the lower tier became a bright accent. The refrigerator was built into a pencil case in the hallway. In the area of the apron, a special paint was used that is resistant to water and steam.
A sofa was placed against the wall opposite, which serves as a place to relax. Above it are additional hanging sections, as well as a projector. The screen was built into a niche above the headset. The dining table can be used as a workplace. It was equipped with a vintage wooden chair.

Bedroom

Two adjoining walls in the bedroom were painted with Little Greene blue paint, which was also used for a flush-mounted door. Quartz vinyl was placed on the floor, as in the entire apartment, with the exception of the bathroom. The balcony door was made completely glass, as was the external glazing. This helped bring in more light into the room.

In addition to the double bed, the bedroom has a place for a desk and a built-in storage system in the entire wall.
Ceiling sockets are needed for garlands and electric curtains.

Hallway

They did not force a small hallway. This is primarily a transit zone. At the entrance they put only a small pedestal and hung hooks for outerwear. A pencil case with a refrigerator was supplemented with a pair of drawers and an open section for small items.

Bathroom

The bathroom in the apartment is separate. Two types of porcelain stoneware were used to decorate the bathroom - wood and stone. The small bathtub was replaced by a large shower room. To protect against splashes, a glass partition and a curtain on the rod were provided.

The toilet continues with quartz vinyl covering from the hallway. The washing machine was placed in an unusual way - it was hidden in the closet above the installation. So that it does not move during washing, a special frame was provided.
