If the shanks are not visible, the chain is overtightened. If you see more than three shanks, you need to tighten the chain a little more until you achieve the desired condition.
What is the most common mistake
Once I happened to see how the saw-cutter made a gross mistake. He pulled on the chain, sawed something, turned off the chainsaw, and found the chain slack slightly. Then he began to pull her up. It is strictly forbidden to do so!
Remember that the chain gets very hot during the sawing process. When you turn off the chainsaw, the chain will sag slightly due to the rise in temperature. If you continue to work, the tire will begin to warm up, as a result, the chain will return to its original position. Those. there is no need to tension the chain between cuts.
