• Milk - 4-5 tbsp.

• Salt - 1 tbsp. for salting cabbage + at the end to taste
• Turmeric - to taste
• Hot pepper - to taste
• Vinegar essence 80% - to taste
• Vegetable oil - 40 ml. (4 full tablespoons)
