Hello dear friends and guests of the channel!
While everyone is throwing away tin cans, we make interesting crafts out of them for the home. Which are pleasing to the eye and bring pleasure during their manufacture.
Here's what you need to make:
- 3 cans;
- Newspapers, ordinary napkins;
- Wide adhesive tape, brushes;
- Hot glue and PVA glue;
- A few beads, plum bones or others;
- Acrylic paints and acrylic varnish.
Step 1.
We remove the bottom from 2 cans, cut it out with a can opener. Bend the sharp edges inward with pliers.
Step 2
Then we connect all three cans with tape.
Step 3
First, we glue the jars with newspaper strips, then, when they dry, we glue crumpled napkins.
And we glue the napkins and the newspaper on the building PVA, it fastens different materials together well. For gluing napkins, PVA was diluted with water 50 to 50, so it is easier to glue.
Leave everything to dry well for 24 hours.
Step 4
A day later, they began to glue the decor, that is, beads and seeds from plums.
Please note that until the napkins dry well, you will not be able to glue the decor with hot glue, as hot glue does not adhere to wet surfaces.
Step 5
We first painted the entire structure with green acrylic paint and left it for several hours until completely dry.
Then, using the "dry brush" method, bronze acrylic paint and white were applied.
Step 6
At the end of the work covered with acrylic varnish.
Here is such a wonderful vase turned out almost from waste materials.
See what else we have done for the house:
An ordinary bottle and a plastic bucket, but it turned out to be an amazing night light for the home, like a branded one
An incredibly beautiful thing for the house was made from an old bath rug
An ordinary glass jar can be turned into a useful and cozy thing for the home.
