Greetings, dear friends!
I had an old frying pan lying around in my garage for a long time, which is a pity to throw out and it is no longer possible to cook on it. But you can’t, because once they cooked something terribly smelly on it, and this something was absorbed deeply. And now, every time the pan was heated, it exuded an incredibly strong and unpleasant smell.
After a little thought, I decided to make a cool homemade product out of it for the home, or rather a desktop, miniature waterfall.
Here is what I used for this:
- Frying pan (other containers are also possible);
- Several kilos of stones;
- Polymer glue and hot glue;
- Mini pump, straw;
- Old phone charger
- Acrylic paints;
- Shells and moss.
I used ordinary moss, which I found in the mountains. But it is better to use stabilized moss, which you can buy here-->
I bought a tube in a hardware store, they come in different diameters, I chose the right one. And I ordered a mini pump for Aliexpress, it is not expensive, it cost about 150 rubles.
Step 1.
He unscrewed the handle from the pan.
Step 2
I cut off 15 cm of the tube and put it on the pump. I fixed the pump itself in the center of the pan with hot glue.
Step 3
He overlaid the pump with stones, creating a small hill.
I temporarily fixed the stones with hot glue, then I will fix them well with polymer glue.
Step 4
After I collected the whole slide, I spilled it with polymer glue.
Step 5
I filled the entire interior of the pan with stones and also filled it with glue.
Step 6
The outer side of the pan was slightly tinted with bronze acrylic paint.
Step 7
I decorated the stones with moss, and added a few small shells.
Step 8
The pump is powered by 5 volts, so the old charger is just right for it. Connected the wires.
Here is the finished waterfall. He poured water and turned it on.
The water murmurs very pleasantly and calms the nerves.
This is how a waterfall works. Unfortunately, I used to shoot on an old camera, the natural sound was recorded very badly, therefore, to the music. I'm sorry.
